Wellness Event Speaking

This blog post is a little different to that of my normal posts. This is more letting you guys know what I am up to and how you can come and catch me speaking at some local wellness events.

As I have developed as a coach in the health and fitness industry, so have my services. I now speak at events, helping deliver the message far and wide. As well as putting on my own events I also speak as part of others' events and I have a couple coming up in the next few months I wanted to share with you.


Firstly I will be speaking at the Super Self Summit.

This 2-Day event is held in Basingstoke on the 23rd and 24th of June, and it helps people learn how to get in great shape physically and mentally. This includes a host of world class speakers including my friend and business partner Tommy Gentleman, Calum Best and Ben Coomer amongst many other great speakers.

The Super Self Summit focuses on:

  • Self Belief

I will be talking all about stress, how it affects the body and how to eat right to combat the effects of stress. I can't wait to share my knowledge with those who attend.

Super Self Summit

Secondly the next wellness event I will be speaking at is:

Pressure, Performance and Peace of mind.

This is hosted by Sophia Steeden - The Mindful Coach.

In this one day interactive and fun workshop, you will learn how to identify stress and how to manage/remove stress moving forward.

A fun day of learning using some of the latest 'whole brain' training techniques including – partner share, group share, facilitated discussions, together with written and practical exercises.

You will leave with practical skills to manage pressure and stress successfully in the workplace and in life generally.

Workshop Outcomes:

  • Gain an understanding of what stress is and how we react to it
  • Gain insight in to the causes of stress
  • Learn about performance and productivity
  • How to recognise the signs and symptoms of stress in ourselves and others
  • Discuss 'flawed strategies' and how they add to our stress
  • Learn techniques and strategies to build resilience and create good mental health
  • Leave feeling motivated and much more in control
