Pancakes with greek yogurt and berries

High in protein, slow release carbohydrates and antioxidants to keep you locked up until your next meal time!
Firstly make up a pancake mixture with the following:

  • 75g plain flour
  • 25g protein powder
  • 300ml Milk
  • 2 eggs

This should be enough to make up 12 pancakes although I’d recommend 2 pancakes as part of your snack. So this is perfect for sharing or to keep for another day.

Once cooked add the following for a delicious topping that feels naughty but is a definitely a guilt free treat!

  • 2 tablespoons greek yogurt
  • 1 cupped palm of mixed dark berries

For 2 pancakes this would include the following macronutrients:

P=20g C=32.5g F=4g

Calories = 246Kcal
