Anti-Inflammatory Super Shake

Keep yourself topped up on vitamins, minerals and antioxidants with this little anti-inflammatory super shake.

  • A tablespoon of powdered greens
  • Half an apple
  • Some mint leaves
  • A tablespoon of chopped ginger
  • A teaspoon of turmeric
  • A cupped palm of blueberries
  • Water (I would normally also use pineapple but I ran out!)

Blitz this up for a sweet and tangy vitamin bomb that will perk you up and help recovery from daily life or some intense training.
