Keep yourself topped up on vitamins, minerals and antioxidants with this little anti-inflammatory super shake.
- A tablespoon of powdered greens
- Half an apple
- Some mint leaves
- A tablespoon of chopped ginger
- A teaspoon of turmeric
- A cupped palm of blueberries
- Water (I would normally also use pineapple but I ran out!)
